Mustard Crusted Halibut

I am *obsessed* with this recipe! 

It was on The Chew last week, and I knew I had to try it. 

Their plate was obviously much nicer looking than mine:
Mustard Crusted Halibut Butter Sauce Michael Symon


The sauce alone is reason enough to make it--swear!

    I'm assuming halibut is fish???? I'm not a fish eater BUT that does look yummy!!!

    I catch The Chew at times when I'm at work! They make ANYTHING look amazing! And I love Clinton... So I'm tempted to start recording it ;)
